It’s so ****in’ creamy!
Ingredients
- 6 Tbsp tahini (I suggest Joyva brand)
- Juice of 1/2 medium lemon (~4 Tbsp)
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 cups garbanzo beans
- Water
- Olive oil
- Paprika
Preparation
Combine tahini, lemon juice, garlic, cumin,and salt in food processor. Blend ingredients until smooth, add water if mixture is too thick. Leaving processor on, add garbanzos in small handfuls. Again, add water if mixture is too thick. Continuing to leave processor on, alternate between tablespoons of water and olive oil until the desired level of creaminess is reached (maybe 3 or 4 Tbsp of each). Garnish with more olive oil and paprika.
